IT29457: DATAPOWER GATEWAY MIGHT HAVE PROBLEMS TRYING TO SYNC CATALOGS FROM THE API MANAGER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the timestamp of the analytics_endpoint log file (in the
  'local://config/' directory) is older than the timestamp of the
  analytics_endpoint cfg file, then the DataPower will loop and
  not be able to sync.
  
  In the default log:
  [0x88e000a0] ..?: Unable to initialize gateway environment:
  [0x88e00001] ..?: Unexpected queue error: Timeout while waiting
                    for status of
  

Local fix

• Edit and save the analytics_endpoint.log file, to update the
  timestamp of the file to newer than the cfg file.
  

Problem summary

• The API Gateway Service will now catch and retry after timeout
  waiting for configuration status change.
