Error description

  • We are trying to deploy Personal Communications via Citrix
streaming. The Application installs and runs successfully via
remote desktop. Under Citrix streaming however it fails to
launch. This occurs in version 12 and 13. Please confirm if
streaming is blocked and if specific configurations required.

  • Presently, IBM Personal Communications is not designed to run in
a Citrix Streaming environment. Support for this environment
will be considered in a future release of PCOM.
