  • w32udcnv.exe utility used to find and convert windows
user-defined fonts into a usable font-image file is missing.

Problem summary
In HOD v11.0 utility w32udcnv.exe is provided in the UDC
directory of the Host On-Demand installer. The utility is found
missing from Host-On Demand version v12.0 onwards.

Problem conclusion

  • This problem occurred due to missing utility w32udcnv.exe.
Fix scheduled for HOD 12.0.6 and HOD 13.0.4 and HOD 14.0.2
