Error description
A failover occurs when the master server configured as the quota enforcement server is down. The slave server might not failover to the master server or it takes time to switch the master server, when a network goes down.
Local fix
Problem summary
DataPower user who uses Gateway Peering with Peer Group mode might see Gateway Peering failover does not take place timely while the network was not stable.
Problem conclusion
