Error description
When applying MQ fix pack 9.1.0.1 on Windows, the system language was not offered as a selectable option if the system language was set to one of the following: Japanese Korean Russian Hungarian Czech Polish It is expected that these languages are supported by the fix pack installer if they are the system language.
