APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A failure data capture (FDC) record with ProbeId XY314146 and
    Component xcsTimedLookupAccountSid may be generated due to WinNT
    error 1788 from LookupAccountSid.
    
    WinNT error 1788 is (ERROR_TRUSTED_DOMAIN_FAILURE) "The trust
    relationship between the primary domain and the trusted domain
    failed."
    
    As this error is occurring outside of IBM MQ, it is not expected
    that an FDC record will be generated.
    

Local fix

  • Resolve the cause for the ERROR_TRUSTED_DOMAIN_FAILURE error in
    the operating system configuration.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    The particular error in this case is a Windows domain
    configuration error,  and was not an appropriate error to report
    in an FDC.
    

Problem conclusion

  • MQ now reports the error, including the SID to the MQ error
    logs, allowing the administrator to easily identify the cause of
    the problem with the Windows domain configuration.
