Error description
Personal Communications 12.0.2 Print Screen of some ISPF panels results in unreadable characters after the first line of text. This worked OK using PCOM 6.0.4 level. Some ISPF panels use APL graphics characters to draw lines and boxes around the text. When AICAPL font is installed into Windows, the bad output is produced.
Local fix
Remove AICAPL font from Windows operating system.

Problem conclusion
This problem occurred due to APL characters not getting processed. PCSPD.DLL changes are made to process APL characters for all Host Code pages other than 1377 (design). Fix scheduled for PCOM 12.0.4.1 Fix Pack and PCOM 13.0.2.0 Refresh Pack
