Error description

• IBM MQ .NET application deployed in IIS 8 or 10.
  
  When AppPool is stopped or recycle the amqmdnet.dll
  generates internal errors. A failure data capture (FDC) record
  similar to the following is generated:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A coding error in the MQ .NET client code meant that the
  reconnection thread was not being notified to end even when the
  application ends normally
  

Problem conclusion

• The MQ .NET client code has been modified such that the
  reconnection thread will end normally after a MQDISC of all the
  connections
