Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * On AIX systems using journal based backup, the system may    *
  * crash if the filepath driver is unloaded via fpunloaddrv.sh  *
  * while there is outstanding activity on watched filesystems.  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply fixing level when available. This problem is fixed in  *
  * level 8.1.6 and the next 7.1.8 on all AIX platforms. Note    *
  * that this is subject to change at the discretion of IBM.     *
  ****************************************************************
