Error description
When there is a network issue or the vCenter / ESXi hosts are heavily loaded, a timeout can happen retrieving CBT data from the vCenter / ESXi hosts. This timeout can lead to a crash of the datamover. IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected: IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments - Dataprotection for VMware 6.4.x, 7.1.x and 8.1.x on all supported platforms. Customer/L2 Diagnostics: The dsmerror.log will show ANS9365E messages ANS9365E VMware vStorage API error for virtual machine 'VMNAME'.
