Error description
When downloading a large file from the WebGUI there might be some unexpected behavior such as the device becoming unresponsive and restarting.
Local fix
Use the 'copy' feature in File Management or in the CLI as an alternative. Avoid downloading large files from the WebGUI File Management.

Sufficienctly large downloads of files from the webgui might restart the device.
Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
Use an HTTP Proxy Service for large file downloads.
