  • On Solaris x86-64 and Solaris SPARC, the contents of the readme
file "readme_zh_TW.BIG5" supplied with the MQ installation media
are not encoded correctly

USERS AFFECTED:
Users who wish to read the contents of the readme_zh_TW.BIG5
file supplied with the MQ installation on Solaris x86-64 and
Solaris SPARC.


Platforms affected:
Solaris x86-64, Solaris SPARC

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A packaging error meant that the readme_zh_TW.BIG5 was not
converted correctly from the source file, and was not encoded as
valid characters.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The encoding of the readme_zh_TW.BIG5 file has been corrected on
Solaris x86-64 and Solaris SPARC.
