Error description
When using the Secure Gateway Client in DataPower, with an on-premise destination configured as TLS:ServerSide, the SSL handshake may fail when attempting to connect to the destination. The DataPower log may show an error similar to the following: Connection #9 to destination x.x.x.x:443 had an error: UNABLE_TO_VERIFY_LEAF_SIGNATURE

The Secure Gateway Client was upgraded from version 1.4.2 to version 1.6.1 Fixed In: 7.5.2.4
