Error description
In HOD 12.0.1 when a user launches his HOD and the HOD session icons appear clicking on the HELP button throws in a general exception. The same exceptions also happens when upon launching the session the user clicks on HELP in the menu bar.
Local fix
Problem summary
When user access the HOD help from client machine , user gets certification revocation issue.This issue was happening because NavBar.jar was not signed with new certificate. All Host On- Demand user are affected.
Problem conclusion
Fix is scheduled for incorporation under HOD 12.0.2 refresh pack.
