Error description
AS2 Mailbox messages are stuck in the mailboxes and the system does not pick these messages for processing by the automatic routing rules. This occurs sporadically and only when the MailboxAS2SendSyncMDNSpawner BP uses the logic path when the contract is locked. When the contract is locked, it does not send the message for processing, but it updates the mailbox to place the message back in the mailbox for processing again.
Local fix
STRRTC - 508997 SB/SB Circumvention: Edit the Business Process MailboxAS2SendSyncMDNSpawner and add a SleepService before the MailboxUpdate step is executed. Remember that this step would only get executed if there's a lock in the BP and the message would need to be submitted for reprocessing. The sleep service could be added for 5 seconds.
