Error description
If MEFG is currently not available or cannot handle the HTTP request, the SwiftNetCorrelation shows the status of the transfer with a green light. The only hint for a failure are that no additional lines for Response and FileAct events exist for this transfer. Steps to re-create the issue on a UNIX based system: Do not use in production! You force a restart of MEFG. All Swift traffic is impacted. 1) Log in on the MEFG host with the user used for MEFG and type: ps -e | grep MEFGCommServer7. Copy the first number. It is the pid for the next step 2) Prepare the command "kill -9 <pid>". At this time did not hit return 3) Start a SwiftNet Client Profile to send out an FileAct Put request 4) Directly after step 3 hit return for the statement prepared in step 2 5) Wait for some minutes 6) Go to Business Processes->Monitor->Advanced Search->SWIFTNetCorrelation 7) Select "Direction" "Outbound" and "Status" "In Process" and click "Go" 8) You will find one line for the transfer with a green light in the Status colum
