Error description

• On the affected system even though the High Availability (HA)
  agent state shows connected to the primary PureSystems
  Manager, we are still getting these errors during
  virtual machine (VM) migration:
  
  "CWZIP1938E Cannot update the instance

   com.ibm.venture.vm.VirtualizationShimException: Task failed on
   VMware server. reason: The host is reporting errors in its
   attempts to provide vSphere HA support. endpoint=endpoint1

• Code has been added to check and reconfigure the high
  availability (HA) agent when this error occurs.
  

Problem conclusion

• A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System
  version 2.2.2.0.
