• Backup systemstate is completed successfully, but with failures
  on the files BCD and BCD.LOG.

  This problem only happens on Windows EFI based computers.
  These errors make the systemstate backup doubtful.
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager Versions Affected:
  Tivoli Storage Manager Clients 7.1.4.4 on Windows
  
  This APAR describes the same issues like IT03810.
  Changes for APAR IT03810 have been undone over IT12852 in
  v7.1.4.4 so that BCD component is not skipped anymore.

Problem conclusion

• The non-accessible BCD and BCD.LOG files are excluded from
  SYSTEMSTATE backup.
  

Temporary fix

• Apply fixing level when available. This problem is currently
  projected to be fixed in level 7.1.6.3. Until the interim fix is
  actually available this information is subject to change at the
  discretion of IBM.
