Issue refresh cluster command.
Problem summary
WebSphere MQ V6 or V7 queues become "missing" from clusters. Application calls to MQOPEN (sometimes MQPUT1, MQPUT) suffer queue name lookup errors (Examples: 2085, 2082) when they try to access the affected cluster queues.
Problem conclusion
Backported IV15374 The WebSphere MQ product code has been corrected such that, in the scenario above, no new subscription is made. Instead the MQ code will now leave such an activity to be fully performed in every cluster, at a later moment, if and when an application later wants to use the queue.
Temporary fix
Issue refresh cluster command.
