Error description
When a number of FSHs are opened against a single backend server object, for example JMS connections, the customer might see only some are in up state and others are down. This is more prevalent on virtual appliances with limited RAM.
Local fix
Distribute the number of FSH handles to multiple server connections.
Problem summary
Customers with many JMS Front Side Handlers [FSHs] bound to one JMS server/connection object might experience problems where not all the FSHs start properly and sustain an Operational State UP. This can be especially visible on virtual platforms with limited RAM.

Temporary fix
Create more JMS Server objects (with possibly the same settings as the original one) and distribute the JMS FSHs evenly across all of them.
