Error description
Customer has an admin user account that has an SSH authorized user key assigned to it. If you edit the account, you can see the SSH key is correctly assigned. However, if you log into the dashboard using that account, then go to the My Account menu, the SSH key does not show in the assigned SSH key pane. It shows instead in the unassigned pane. If customer tries to assign the key again from the My Account menu, the key goes back to the unassigned pane after customer clicks on the save button. If customer simply clicks on the save button, and then edits the account, we can see that the SSH key is no longer assigned.
