  • When multiple syncvg commands run concurrently, syncvg -q

Local fix

Problem summary

  • syncvg -q may show incorrect output including invalid command
    names and pids, especially if multiple syncvg are running at
    the same time.
    syncvg -q may also core dump
    

Problem conclusion

  • Correct how information is transferred between user and kernel
    space during syncvg -q
