IJ51002: BMXAA3324E - PLEASE ENTER AN APPROVED CONTRACT ASSOCIATING REVISED PURCHASE CONTRACT

Error description

• Problem
  If you try to associate an approved purchase contract and have
  been revised you receive BMXAA3324E error.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  Go To Purchase contact application
  Create a new Purchase contract
  Populate the Company  field = ATI
  Click on Properties Tab
  Make sure the following fields are checked
  Requires PO? , Requires PO?, Acceptance Loss? ,Vendor
  Termination Allowed?, Customer Termination Allowed?
  Click on Contract Lines
  Add an item on the contract and populate all required fields
  Save the record
  More Action >Authorize sites
  Select all or select Bedford site
  Change the status to APPR
  Take note of the contract number
  
  Go to Purchase Orders application
  Create a new purchase order
  Populate the Company field = ATI
  From the Contract Reference field  > Select Value
  Select the purchase contract created above
  the field is populated with out any errors
  
  Go to Purchase Contracts application
  Filter for you contract
  More Actions > Revise Contract
  Click on Contract Lines
  Change the quantity
  Save the changes
  Change status to APPR
  Contract now have revision 1 in approved status
  
  Go to the Purchase Orders application
  Create a new purchase order
  Populate the Company field = ATI
  From the Contract Reference field  > Select Value
  Select the purchase contract created above
  
  Results
  You receive system message BMXAA3324E - Please enter an approved
  contract.
  
  
  Expected Results
  You should be able to add contract even if it has been revised
