IJ51001: HAZARDS ARE LOADED WITH AN INCORRECT ORGANIZATIONID

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem:
  MXINTADM user is loading hazard information through a flat file.
  When data is brought in and information is added on the database
  table (SAFETYLEXICON), the organization field will correspond to
  the default site of the MXINTADM user and not the organization
  specified on the file.
  
  For example, a hazard called 123 for an organization Org1 is
  loaded with the default organization of the MXINTADM user (Org2)
  and not the organization specified on the file.
  
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Move to the Enterprise Service Application
  2. Create a new record for the Hazard object structure
  3. Save the record
  4. Move to the External System application
  5. Select an external system to use
  6. Move to the Enterprise Services tab
  7. Select New Row and select the newly created Enterprise
  Service
  8. Select Data Import
  9. Select the flat file that contains the Hazard data to be
  brought into Maximo
  
  Results:
  The Hazard data brought in will contain the organization ID for
  the MXINTADM user and not the organization specified in the flat
  file.
  
  
  Expected Results:
  The Hazard data brought into Maximo should contain the data
  specified in the flat file.
