IJ50901: ISSUE WHILE IMPORTING FLAT FILE USING REGEX($) CHARACTERS AS TEXT QUALIFIER

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  Encountering import issues with a flat file due to certain regex
  characters($) being used as text qualifiers.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1) Navigate to Integration--> Object Structure.
  2) Filter for MXITEM, Under More Actions click on Duplicate
  Object Structure.
  3) Name the new object structure as ITEMES.
  4) Support Flat Structure? should be checked
  5) Apart from ITEM object delete rest of the objects from Source
  Objects for MXITEM section. Save.
  6) Navigate to Integration-->Enterprise Services--> Click on New
  Enterprise Service.
  7) Populate the values as mentioned below,
    a) Enterprise Service Name: ITEMES
    b) Object Structure: ITEMOS
  8) Navigate to Integration--> External System--> Filter for
  EXTSYS1
  9) Click on Enterprise services tab--> Click New row and add
  ITEMES and Save.
  10) Create load file as below,
  
  EXTSYS1|ITEMES||EN
  ITEMNUM|DESCRIPTION|ITEMSETID
  D904|$Notebook Computer Test upload$|SET1
  
  11) Select ITEMES Enterprise Service and click on Data Import.
  12) From the pop up select Flat File, and provide below values,
  Delimiter: |
  Text Qualifier: $
  13) Check Import Preview?
  
  Actual Result:
  
  Below Error is encountered.
  BMXAA5804E - Import of data in file Item_dollar_v4.csv was
  unsuccessful.
  	BMXAA5601E - Processing of an inbound flat file failed.
  	Illegal group reference: group index is missing
  
  Expected Result:
  
  File should be previewed successfully (for all regex characters
  in Text Qualifier).
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:
  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
