APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    The following lookups do not show data. For Work Order Tracking
    Application / Plans tab / Labor table / Table Filter / Labor
    lookup. The data on the labor is registered and the labor lookup
    in the table row show the data.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1) Log in to Maximo.
    
    2) Created WOL01 Work Order from Work Order Tracking.
    
    3) Saved the Work Order.
    4) Select the Plans tab
    5) Went to the Labor section and clicked on Filter table option.
    
    6) Click on Labor icon and tried to select the value using
    select value search option.
    Plans tab >> Labor section >> Filter table >>Labor icon>> select
    value search.
    7) No value found in select value screen.
    8) On same screen checked the other option icon and tried to
    select the value using select value search option.
    
    9) For other options like Crew Type, Crew, Craft, icon and
    tried to select the value using select value search option.
    10) Able to see the value for other options.
    
    RESULTS:
    The lookups do not show data for Work Order Tracking Application
    / Plans tab / Labor table / Table Filter / Labor lookup.
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    
    Lookup should display data in Work Order Tracking application
    without taking any special steps.

    On the Work Order Tracking application, Plans Tab, When
    selecting a labor value for the filter (zombie records) it does
    not show any data to select.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This will be fixed in a future release.
