IJ50638: VIEW CONTRACTS IN THE LOCATIONS APPLICATION DISPLAYS ALL REVISIONS AS WELL AS THE APPR

Error description

• Problem Description:
  When a location has a contract with multiple revisions, when
  View Contracts is performed, it displays all the revisions as
  well as the APPR.
  Should only see the approved contract revision, not the previous
  ones.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  Prerequisition:
  Go To Contracts > Warranty Contracts
  Create Contract: 1043
  Type: WARRANTY
  Revision: 0
  Start Date: 3/19/24
  Vendor: ROSS
  More Actions > Authorize Sites
  Click Select Sites button
  Select > BEDFORD
  Click on Contract Lines tab
  New Row
  Line: 1
  Line Type: SERVICE
  Duration: 1
  Time Unit: MONTHS
  Change Status: APPR
  Click Associated Assets tab
  Location: BR210
  Save
  
  
  1- Open the locations application:
  Go To Locations application
  2- Open a location record that you know it is linked to a
  contract:
  Locations application
  Locations tab
  Location: BR210
  Site: BEFORD
  Type: OPERATING
  Status: OPERATING
  
  a. Revise the contract a couple of times
  
  
  3- Open the view contract window from the select action
  menu:
  Location tab
  Location: B0012
  Select Action > View Contracts
  
  4- Look at the multiple lines included for multiple revisions of
  a single contract. The expected behavior here would that just
  the approved and latest revision would be shown here (like the
  selection of job plans for a work worder record in the work
  order tracking application):

  View Contracts dialogue in the locations application fetched all
  the contracts that contains the particular location irrespective
  of contract status thus it also showed the revised contracts and
  not the approved contracts only.
  

Problem conclusion

• This will be fixed in a future release.
