Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to Manage Inspections Forms and create a form.
  
  2. Create a question with a single choice as first question and
  make sure the status is required and visible.
  
  
  3. Add more sub-questions to this question, such as Time Only,
  File Upload, and Text Response. Make sure these sub-questions'
  status are non-required and non-visible.
  
  
  4. Save the question and duplicate it twice.
  
  5. Click white box in front of question 1 and create groups for
  question 1.
  
  6. Then do the same for question 2 and question 3 and save the
  form.
  
  7. Click Conditional Settings icon.
  
  RESULTS:
  The system displays sub-question numbered as 1.001.04.
  Note: This issue can occur randomly.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  The sub-question should be numbered as 1.001.01 instead.
  
  8. Select sub-question 1.001.04 and click on Add Condition.
  
  
  9. Click on the magnifying glass icon from "Select a response
  field".
  
  
  10. From "Select A Response Field" list, select 1.01.02 Time.
  
  RESULTS:
  The system displays the selected response field as 1.001.03
  Time.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  That should be 1.01.02 Time instead.

Problem conclusion

• Work Center Manage Inspection form is deprecated from Manage 9.0
