APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM: Date/Time selection displays incorrectly when user time
    zone is different against database and application server time
    zone
    
    
    STEPS TO REPLICATE:
    1. For example,
    
    DB Server Time zone: GMT+11
    AP Server Time zone: GMT+11
    
    
    2. Go to User application
    Find a user (TESTUSR01)
    Set User Time zone with 'Zulu (GMT - 0 DST/N) Coordinated
    Universal Time'
    Save
    
    3. Logout and login with TESTUSR01
    
    Current Zulu time: 3/13/24 12:08 AM
    
    4. Go to Work Order Tracking application
    Create a work order.
    Save
    
    Status Date is shown as 3/13/24 12:08 AM (Correct)
    
    5. In Schedule Start Date field (any date field), click
    Calendar.
    
    
    
    RESULTS:  In Calendar dialog, Mar.13 (3/13) is highlighted
    
    But time is not highlighted on 12:08 AM
    
    
    EXPECTED RESULT: Time should be highlighted on 12:08 AM.
    Date/Time should be highlighted correctly.
    
    
    REPORTED IN VERSION: IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.3
    
    
    AFFECTED APPLICATION (for Maximo Only): Calendar dialog.
