IJ50470: SHIFT BREAKS ARE DISPLAYED IN THE GRAPHICAL RESOURCE VIEW APPLICATION

Error description

• When adding a Shift Break to a Calendar in Maximo Manage, the
  Modified Availability in Graphical Resource View is displayed
  which makes it look like every single day has modified
  availability.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. In the Calendar application create a shift 5-day pattern (001
  to 005) with a start time of 6 AM and end time of 4:30 PM work
  hours total of 10:30,
     also, apply a shift break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
  2. Apply the shift to the calendar, we then need to make sure
  that the shift is applied to a crew as well as the labour
  members of the crew.
     Select 3 Maximo labourers and associate the calendar created
  above with their labor record. Next, create a crew record and
  add the calendar and shift
     to that record as well as the crafts of the labourers under
  the Required Crafts section.
  3. Create a new Graphical Resource View record add the calendar
  and shift to the record, save and move to the graphical view
  tab. With the shift break
    applied every single day will be color-coded for modified
  availability and this defeats
    the purpose of the color-coded days for meetings, vacations
  and such.
  
  Expected Results:
  That no colour coding would have been in place.
