IJ50362: CANNOT SEE 'ADDITIONAL INFORMATION' POP-UP IN SUBMIT A SERVICE REQUEST WORK CENTER AFTER FIXPACK UPGRADE

APAR status

Error description

  • When creating a new record  in the 'Submit a Service Request'
    work center, and you click on the View icon for the Additional
    Information field, the small pop-up window with the Additional
    Informations text is not visible in the foreground but is
    present in the background (you can see it when you go back to
    main menu).
    The small pop-up window with the Additional Informations text
    should be visible in the foreground. Tested and reproduced on
    BOTH Chrome and Firefox browsers.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 
    Click New in Submit New Request work center to create a new
    request.
    - Select Category and subCategory and select issue from the
    list.
    - Add some text in Enter additional Information field and
    click Next.
    - On the Maximo screen Who is the request for?, the Additional
    Information section has a View link/button.
    - Click on View icon on the Maximo screen.
    - The small pop-up window with the Additional Informations text
    is not visible.
    - Go back to main menu for in Submit New Request work center:
    the pop-up window is showing there.
     
    RESULT:
    The small pop-up window with the Additional Informations text
    is not visible in the foreground but is present in the
    background (you can see it when you go back to main menu).
    
    EXPECTED RESULT:
    The small pop-up window with the Additional Informations text
    should be visible in the foreground.
