APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Actual Service Cost shows as duplicate in the Work Order Details
    report.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1) Open Purchase Orders application and create a Purchase Order:
    1130
    2) In the PO Lines tab, click on New Row and in the Line Type
    field select Service and enter a description. Enter the Line
    Cost: 3
    3) In the Work Order field (in the Charge To section), select a
    Work Order that this e.g. 2004
    4) Approve the Purchase Order
    5) In the More actions menu, select Revise PO to create a
    revision of the Purchase Order 1130.
    6) Open Receiving application, and receive this Purchase Order
    using Select Ordered Services.
    7) Go to Work Order Tracking application and search for the Work
    Order specified above: 2004
    8) In the Actuals tab, verify that the Services section has
    populated with the Actual Unit cost.
    9) Go to Run Reports and select Work Order Details report.
    10) Run the report and check the Actual Services section at the
    bottom of the report.
    
    Current results:
    There is a duplicate line for the Actual service cost.
    
    Expected results:
    There should be only one line for the Actual service cost in the
    Work Order Details report.
