  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1 Login to Maximo as maxadmin
  
  2 Go to Item Master --> Create a new Item (Testitem)
  Rotating - Unchecked
  LotType - NOLOT
  Order Unit - EACH
  Issue Unit - EACH
  Add Item to Storeroom - Central
  Cost Type: Average
  
  3 Save the record
  
  4 More Actions --> Item/Organization Details --> Expand EAGLENA
  
  5 Receipt Tolerance %: 1 --> Click ok to close the dialog
  
  6 Change Item status to Active (Roll New Status to Organizations
  and Inventory? Checked)
  
  7 Go Purchase Orders (PO) --> Create a new PO (1126)
  Company: ATI-R
  
  8 POLines --> New Row
  Item: TESTITEM
  Qty: 9
  Unit Cost: 1
  Tax Code: none
  Storeroom: Central
  
  9 Approve PO
  
  10 Go to Receiving --> 1126 --> Select Ordered Items
  
  11 Select Qty as 9.05
  
  RESULT:
  BMXAA5827W - A quantity of 9.05 is being received against PO
  Line 1, which exceeds the ordered quantity of 9.0 by
  0.05000000000000071.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  The error message should have a reasonable number of decimal
  places
