IJ50062: SQL VALIDATION ERROR IN BUDGET MONITORING

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• User is geting a SQL validation error on saving record in Budget
  Monitoring.
  System Message:
  budget#NotValidExpression
  
  However Query is validated in SQL Expression Builder.
  
  PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO
  
  ACTION TAKEN:
  replicated issue in house in 7612 latest IFIX, 7613 latest IFIX
  and MAS 8
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1 - In Budget Monitoring application, Create a new record, Fill
  the required files.
  2 - Scroll down to the Focal points session.include a new row.
  3 - Set Focal Point as CHARTOFACCOUNTS,
  4 - In condiction field, click in Condition Detail Menu field
  and Condition Expression Builder.
  5 - In Expression field, Include the query below:
  :glcomp02 like '7%'
  and :glcomp03 is null and :glcomp01 in concat ('0',:siteid)
  Erroneos Behavior:
  6. Click on Test Expression , the expression is validated with
  success.
  7. Click Ok in test expression.
  8. Then, again in SQL Expression Builder, Click Ok. system
  giving error
  System Message:
  budget#NotValidExpression
  Expression Manager validation let the query pass as without
  errors, and the error was only presented when trying to complete
  Expressiom Builder in step 8.
  
  Expected Behavior:
  In the Expression Manager validation,step 7, an error should be
  shown because query was not valid.
