IJ49989: PMWOGEN NOT GENERATING WORK ORDERS WHEN INSTANCE_PM_SQLWHERE IS SPECIFIED

Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  
  PMWogen Cron Task is not generating work orders when using the
  instance_pm_sqlwhere parameter. The parameter does not refresh
  its values after reloading the cron task.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Login to Maximo
  2. Go to Preventive Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance
  
  3. Create a PM with tasks
  4. Go to System Configuration | Platform Configuration | Cron
  Task Setup
  5. Filter for and select PMWoGenCronTask
  6. In the Cron Task Instances section, click New Row
  7. In Cron Task Instance Name field, enter a name
  8. In the Schedule field, click the calendar icon and set a
  schedule
  9. in the Run as User field, enter MAXADMIN
  10. Put a checkmark on the Active? checkbox
  11. I Parameters section, specify PMs in the
  instance_pm_sqlwhere field
  12. Click Save
  13. In More Actions, click Reload Request
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  Work orders are generated for valid Preventive Maintenance
  records
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  No work orders are generated
