  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  
  1- Go to Domain and create a new TABLE domain:
  
  
     Domain: TCKASSETTYPE2 - TCKASSETTYPE2
     Object: CLASSIFICATION
  
  
     List Where Clause: classificationid in (select
  classificationid from classification)
  
  
     2- Go to Asset Template and click in new asset template; (
  TEMPLATETEST)
     3- Go to Specifications tab;
     4- Click the Detail Menu for Classification;
     5- Go to Classifications and create a new Classification;
  (CLASSTEST)
     6- On Use with section choose the ASSET object;
     7A. Create an attribute with a datatype TABLE as follows
  
  
  
  On the Attributes section click in new row;
  Create an attribute: TCKA3000
  Data Type: TABLE
  Domain: TCKASSETTYPE
  Table Attribute: CLASSIFICATIONID
  Lookup Name: CLASSIFICATION
  Click in Use With Object Detail
  Check the Mandatory? and Use In Specifications? Flags;
  Default Table Value: choose one
  Click ok;
     7B. Create an attribute with a datatype ALN as follows
  
  
  
  On the Attributes section click in new row;
  Create an attribute: TCKB2000
  Data Type: ALN
  Click in Use With Object Detail
  Check the Mandatory? and Use In Specifications? Flags;
  Default Alphanumeric Value: enter / select value.
  Click ok;
     7C. Create an attribute with a datatype NUMERIC as follows
  
  
  
  On the Attributes section click in new row;
  Create an attribute: TCKC2000
  Data Type: NUMERIC
  Click in Use With Object Detail
  Check the Mandatory? and Use In Specifications? Flags;
  Default Numeric Value: choose one / enter any numeric value
  Click ok;
     8- Click in Return with value;
  
  
     9- Click in save;
  
  
  
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULTS:
  
  
  Receive the Following Error

     Field Alphanumeric Value for ALN attribute returns without
  default alphanumeric value.
     Field Numeric Value for NUMERIC attribute returns without
  default numeric value.
  
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  
  Field Table Value for TABLE attribute should return the
  default table value.
     Field Alphanumeric Value for ALN attribute should return
  default alphanumeric value.
     Field Numeric Value for NUMERIC attribute should return
  default numeric value.

  Default Field values like default ALN value for ALN data type
  attribute, default NUMERIC value for numeric data type and
  default TABLE value for table data type were not being copied to
  Asset template fields from the UseWithSpec, as it does for Asset
  and Ticket Application. Thus, when the mandatory field is marked
  it throws an error that the field value is required on save. As
  a solution, If any of the default fields if not null in the
  UseWithSpec will be now carried to the asset template fields.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR will be contained in a future release.
