Error description

• DESCRIPTION:
  Global Data Restriction functionality does not apply for
  autofill in Inventory Usage application.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1- Login to maximo
  2- Check for a storeroom. For example: Check for a storeroom
  'HARDWARE' in OOB Maximo otherwise create a Storeroom 'HARDWARE'
  
  3- Again Create a storeroom like 'HARDWARE1'.
  4- Create a condition in Conditional Expression Manager
  application
     Expression should be like :location <> 'HARDWARE'
  
  5- Go to Security-> Security groups
  6- From more action-> Global Data Restrictions
  7- In Global Data Restriction window, create a new Object
  restriction on Locations object. Select Type=QUALIFIED and
  select the condition you created in previous step-4.
  8-Then Go to Inventory Usage application and create a new
  inventory usage. In field From Storeroom just type HARD or
  Type HARD% and click on the magnifying glass icon
  
  ACTUAL RESULT:
  
  You can view both the store room HARDWARE and HARDWARE1
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  
  You should not view room HARDWARE as there is restriction on
  HARDWARE
  
  Note:If you check further HARDWARE is not present in value list.
