Error description
Problem description: After upgrading to 7.6.1.3, for some foreign languages (such as Ukrainian -UK, or Latvian - LV) the months from the Date Picker show as M01, M02 etc The Calendar application works fine and there are no other translation issues across Maximo. Steps to reproduce: Open Maximo using a foreign language, e.g. Ukrainian. Open any application that has a field with a calendar Date Picker, e.g. Work Order Tracking > New Work Order > Start Date field from the Actuals tab, Labor table: LABTRANS.STARTDATE Current results: The name of the months are listed as M01 for January, M02 for February, etc Expected results: The name of the months should be translated according to the language used. Environment: Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
