Error description

• Problem Description
  User changed the attribute type and length to IN23 OOB attribute
  to ITEM object and completed the changes with no error.
  
  While user is trying to create a PO from a PR under more
  actions, the following error message is showing up.
  BMXAA7816E - Operation setValue(double value) is not supported
  on: Data type=null, Value=1.0293847561029385E49, Object
  name=POLINE, Attribute name=PLIN5. Report the error to your
  system administrator.
  
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1) Go to Database configuration and bring up ITEM object
  Under Attributes tab filter by IN23
  Change type to ALN (original was decimal)
  Change length to 12 (original was 15 and scale 2)
  Save
  The following objects and attributes will change as well:
  SERVICEITEMS - 	IN23
  TOOLITEM	- IN23
  TOOLINV	- IN23
  PRLINE	 - RLIN5
  RFQLINE	- RFQLIN5
  REORDERPAD	- IN23
  POLINE	 - PLIN5
  SKDEXTRACAPTOOLVIEW	- IN23
  2) From IN23 attribute >Ddomain filed, navigate to Domains
  application and create a new domain:
  Domain id: IBM
  Data Type: ALN
  Length: 10
  Add some values as:
  1200000000 - Value 1
  9999900000 - Value 2
  1510151000 - Value 3
  2300000000 - Value 4
  3000000000 - Value 5
  OK
  Return with the value or complete as IBM the Domain field
  
  3) Add the domain IBM to all attributes of the affected objects.
  
  Save and apply configuration changes
  
  
  4) Go to PR application and crate a new PR
  Complete all required fields and add a PRLine
  
  Save and Approve it
  
  5) Under More Actions > Create PO > Autonumber
  
  RESULTS: The following message pops up on the screen BMXAA7816E
  - Operation setValue(double value) is not supported on: Data
  type=null, Value=1.0293847561029385E49, Object name=POLINE,
  Attribute name=PLIN5. Report the error to your system
  administrator.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS: It should be possible to create the PO since
  all attributes that are affected by the change also have the
  associated domain.
  
  REPORTED IN VERSION:  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
