IJ49656: INCORRECT TIMEOUT ENTRY BEING LOGGED IN LOGINTRACKING TABLE

Error description

• PROBLEM:
  
  When property mxe.webclient.checkCSRFOnLogout is true, and
  property webclient.logoutpage =
  "../oslc/logout?invalidatesso=1", an incorrect TIMEOUT entry is
  being logged instead of LOGOUT when the user logs out via the
  UI.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  - Login to Maximo
  - Go to System Properties application and set the following
  properties:
      mxe.webclient.checkCSRFOnLogout = 1
      webclient.logoutpage = "../oslc/logout?invalidatesso=1"
  - Log out of Maximo via UI
  - Check LOGINTRACKING table for the TIMEOUT entry
  
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  
  With the above settings set, upon logout an incorrect TIMEOUT
  entry is being logged in the LOGINTRACKING table.
  
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  With the above settings set, upon logout a LOGOUT entry should
  be logged in the LOGINTRACKING table.
