APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    1. Go to System Properties application.
    
    2. Bring up the property mxe.webclient.extendedDrilldown and
    make sure it's set to true.
    
    
    3. Go to Work Order Tracking application.
    
    4. Create a WO against any valid Location, as for example,
    Location BR430, and save the record.
    
    
    5. From Location field, click on Detail Menu icon > Go to
    Locations.
    
    
    6. In the Locations application, with Location BR430 on the
    screen, from More Actions menu, select Open Drilldown.
    
    
    7. With the Drilldown opened, click on "Show path to top"
    button.
    
    
    8. Select any other Location from the Drilldown, as for
    example, Location BR450.
    
    9. With the Location BR450 selected in the Drilldown, click on
    OK > Go to Locations.
    
    RESULTS:
    Locations application opens with a blank screen. This is the
    issue.
    
    EXPECTED RESULTS:
    Locations application should open with BR450 record on the
    screen.
