PROBLEM: Mobile Inspection app - closes app when attaching photos The inspection app is closing and going back to the Main navigation screen, after attaching pictures to inspection questions. When using the Upload attachment option within the inspection question, take a photo and the app will close, the number of uploads it takes for this to happen seems to be random. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: N/A STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 1. start an ad-hoc inspection, choose the location and the template 2. begin answering question and attach a photo using the upload attachment option 3. after attaching several photos to separate questions, the app will close and go back to main screen CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: After attaching several photos to separate questions, the app will close and go back to main screen EXPECTED RESULT: App should not crash ENVIRONMENT (SYSTEM INFO): Mobile 8.10 IBM Maximo Mobile 8.10.0 Build 20231021-0832 DB Build V81000-29 HFDB Build HF81000-16 LOCAL FIX: N/A SECURITY IMPACT (Y/N): N/A ADDITIONAL INFO: N/A
