Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Go to Job Plans application.
  
  2. Create a new Job Plan record with any valid number as the
  following:
  . TASK: Task 10, Duration: 10:00
  . LABOR: Organization: EAGLENA, Task: 10, Craft: MECH, Hours:
  10.00
  
  3. Save the Job Plan and change its Status to ACTIVE.
  
  4. Go to Work Order Tracking application.
  
  5. Create a WO associated to the Job Plan above.
  
  6. Save the WO.
  
  7. Go to Plans tab and make sure the info has been correctly
  copied from the Job Plan.
  
  8. From More Actions menu, select View > Costs.
  
  RESULTS:
  The View Costs dialog displays Estimate Internal Labor Hours as
  20.00. This is the issue.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  It should display Estimate Internal Labor Hours as 10.00
  instead.
