Error description

• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Configure TypeAhead for Location field in Work Order Tracking
  application as per: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/configure
  -type-ahead-autofill-function
  2. Create a new Work Order
  3. In the Location field, enter some text that should yield
  results, ex "br" (there are 21 locations starting with "br" in
  demo data)
  4. Pick a location, then save the WO
  5. Create a new WO
  6. In the Location field, type a different prefix than you used
  above, ex "ec". The list will not be correct. You can confirm
  that the list is wrong by clicking on the look-up icon, which
  will open a dialog showing the correct list of locations with
  that prefix.
  
  This behavior will continue while in the session. If you reload
  the page and use a different prefix in a WO's Location field,
  the resulting list is what type-ahead will then be limited to
  for the duration of that session.
