Error description

• Issue: Auto Split Issue with Usage record for Rotating Item
  
  Description: Auto Split Issue with Usage record for Rotating
  Item when cost type is set to Asset.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create a new work order
  2. Move to the Plans tab
  3. Select new row under the Materials section
  4. Leave Line Type as Item and populate the Item field with a
  rotating item (TESTROTMB) that has Cost Type set to ASSET.
  5. Save the record and change the status to APPR.
  6. Open the Inventory Usage Application
  7. Create a new record
  8. Populate the From Storeroom field
  9. Select New Row under Usage Lines
  10. Leave the Usage Type as Issue and Line Type as Item
  11. Populate the Item field with the same rotating item that was
  associated with the above work order (TESTROTMB)
  12. Populate the other required fields and change the status to
  complete
  13. The Split Usage Quantity window will open and use the Auto
  Split option and select the rotating asset (make sure the asset
  has the inventory cost)
  14. Select Okay.
  15. Move to the previously created Work Order and view the
  Actuals tab
  
  Results:
  The cost fields will be populated as Zero.
  
  Expected Results:
  The cost fields should be populated with the cost of the Asset.

  IBM Maximo Asset Management 7.6.1.2
