Error description

• Netcool Impact - ATKRST132E 404:Cannot access data provider
  
  
  "Resolution was achieved inadvertently when we eliminated an
  Impact data source named
  'NCI_P_AIOps-e7aa2fb8-ea79-4e5c-b681-cbf0a6473ce7.ds,' which
  seemed to be generated by AIOps and was found to be locked. This
  data source came to attention during a detailed investigation of
  the ongoing issue. Unfamiliar with its origin, an attempt was
  made to remove it; however, the operation initially failed due
  to the data source's locked status. Upon successfully unlocking
  and deleting the data source, it was observed that the primary
  issue at hand was unexpectedly resolved. We are now seeking to
  understand the causal relationship between this data source and
  the data provider problem it seemed to be influencing."

• Local fix is to either delete the AIOps policies or re-create
  with the full set of properties

  During the initial setup of the connector to Netcool/Impact, a
  set of policies and data sources are provisioned into Impact by
  CP4AIOps.
  
  These artifacts may be missing some fields and properties
  required by the UI data provider. The UI data provider is unable
  to complete the loading of data sets as a result.
  

Problem conclusion

• The handling of output parameters has been updated in Impact's
  REST and UI data provider interfaces to support the CP4AIOps
  connector.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
  packages:
