IJ49089: SCHEDULER 7.6.8.2 ROLLING PROJECTS SKIPS DAYS.

Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Create a new scheduler record, add a name for the record, add
  a calendar and a shift place a checkmark in the Rolling Schedule
  field and save the record. Set the start date to 11/3/23 12:15
  AM, End date of 11/17/23 12:15 AM. Save.
  
  
  2. From the common actions menu open the Roll Scheduler
  dialogue window. The duration in days will default to 14. Set
  The Roll Date Schedule to (2 nd option) Every 3 days, at time
  12:00 am, press preview once this has been set.
  
  
  3. The preview shows the incorrect dates as the calculation to
  determine the next roll date is now incorrect summing up the
  next day.
  
  RESULTS:
  
  The next previewed roll date is not correct, it is off by a few
  days.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  That the correct days would have been displayed.
