  In Graphical Assignment, on the Assignment tab, if the
  assignments are dragged to the blank row under the date/time
  fields, it will delete the assignment.
  
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Graphical Assignment
  2. Bring up a list with all Work Orders
  3. Move to Work View
  4. Check that there is an Electrician waiting to be assigned for
  the Rebuild Feedwater Pump task on Work Order 1002
  5. Move to Assignment View tab
  6. Drag the Rebuild Feedwater Pump (ELECT) tab to white area
  generated by filtering
  
  7. Move back to Work View
  8. Refresh Work List
  
  RESULT:
  The task where the Electrician was waiting to be assigned under
  Work order 1002 has disappeared

  Tivoli's process automation engine 7.6.1.3
