Error description

• Problem Description
  User has a job plan that has materials for different sites and
  generate a PM forecast with cost for a site it brings in the
  materials for all the sites.
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  1. Sign into Maximo
  
  2. Go to job plans
  3. Create a Job plan at an ORG level
  
  4. Add several Materials for several sites
  5. Activate Job Plan
  
  6. Go to PM application
  
  7. Create a PM for a SITE (ex. Bedford)
  
  8. Provide a frequency for the job plan
  9. Generate a forecast
  
  10. Go to the Forecast Cost tab
  11. Click on generate cost
  12. Go to the materials
  
  13. You will see all the items not just the items for that
  site.
  
  RESULTS: PM Forecast cost is showing material from other sites.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:   Only see the materials and cost for items
  for the site associated to the PM.
