    * RETURNING A ROTATING STOCKED TOOL BACK TO THE STOREROOM INTO *
    * A DIFFERENT BIN ASSET BIN IS NOT UPDATING CORRECTLY *
    ****************************************************************
    Reason for change:
When any rotating tool/asset is transferred cross-sites, and
returned back to the original site and storeroom but with
different binnum, then the invbalances update according to
binnum but the binnum values for asset/tools are not updated
    correctly (under rotating asset/tool tab).
    Change:
The change thus made is when the asset/tool is returned
cross-site, we check the owner.getOwner - matusetrans mbo if the
binnum is updated by the user while returning, if the binnum
value differs for the asset and the matusetrans record then we
update the asset binnum value while transferring.
For the same sites, it works fine as we check and update owner =
asset.getOwner - matusetrans mbo, while for the cross-site, we
    needed this check for owner.getOwner.
